On average, less than one-tenth of 1 percent of students who take the ACT earn a top score. In the U.S. high school graduating class of 2016, only 2,235 out of nearly 2.1 million graduates who took the ACT earned a composite score of 36.
On Thursday, March 30th, Alexandria Public Schools will host the 3rd annual STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) Expo from 4:30-8:00 p.m. at Alexandria Area High School. This fun, educational event is FREE to attend and open to the public.
Fundraiser event for Alexandria Community Education and Alexandria Area High School Marching Band. Six students and six area business people/celebrities will pair up and square off on Thursday, April 20th at the AAHS Performing Arts Center for our very first “ Dancing with the Alexandria Stars competition”. There will be a Judges Choice, Fan Favorite, and Social Stars Champion. Fun for all ages!
